business card or generate a QR code for your business networking needs, we guarantee a full
refund
of your Woilink card purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Verification of Necessity: To avail of the guarantee, customers must furnish proof of the printed
paper business card or the generated QR code, accompanied by a concise explanation detailing the
reasons prompting their return to these traditional methods. Woilink will request an opportunity
to
address these concerns and endeavor to rectify any issues promptly.
Original Purchase
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the Woilink card only. Any
supplementary
services or accessories bought separately are not eligible for coverage under this guarantee.
Time Frame
The guarantee remains valid for the lifespan of the Woilink card. Nonetheless, claims must be
submitted
within 14 days following the printing of the paper business card or the generation of the QR
code.
Limitations
This guarantee extends to one claim per customer. Upon processing a refund, the corresponding
Woilink
card will be deactivated and rendered unusable. While all costs incurred by us will be
reimbursed,
please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
This guarantee specifically applies to business cards printed or QR codes generated for business
networking purposes. Any usage beyond this scope, such as for event invitations or promotional
materials, falls outside the coverage of this guarantee.
Proof of Purchase
Customers are required to furnish proof of their Woilink card purchase when submitting a claim.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customers to return any Woilink goods associated
with the
claim.
Reprint Policy
If you're unsatisfied with a printed product you've received, kindly notify us via email at
hello@Woilink.co.uk. Please include pictures of the product highlighting any areas you find
deficient.
Your feedback will help us assess the situation and make any necessary adjustments to ensure
your
satisfaction.
In the event of any production error or if you receive a product that differs from the approved
proof, Woilink Limited is committed to providing a reprint at no additional cost to you.
However, we must clarify that we cannot be held responsible for customer errors, difficulties
visualizing the final product(s), or lack of experience regarding warnings* included with all
artwork proofs.

Return Policy
Occasionally, you may be requested to return the product. Please adhere to this request only when
explicitly instructed by Woilink Limited. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping Policy
Woilink assumes responsibility for your order from placement, through production, and packaging.
However, once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, our responsibility
concludes.
Therefore, any items damaged during shipping must be addressed directly with the shipping
carrier.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipment fee equivalent to
110%
of the initial shipping charge will be applicable.
Please ensure to provide a phone number with your order to facilitate easy communication in case
of
any issues with delivery.
Shipment Tracking Numbers
As Woilink customizes its products for each individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not
available until production is completed. However, you may be able to track your order using the
carrier provided once it has been shipped.
Customs Policy for International Orders
Customs regulations differ significantly from one country to another. Woilink lacks control over
these
charges, and it is impossible for us to accurately predict their exact amount.
Therefore, it is your responsibility as the customer and importer to ascertain your country's
customs
requirements, including any associated fees, prior to placing your order. We are not liable for
informing you of the specific fees that may apply.
