• Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window

    You may cancel your Woi.Link NFC card order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at info@woi.link. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Printed Cards

    Once the order for printed NFC cards has been processed and design approval has been received from the client, cancellations are not permitted. We initiate the printing and delivery process promptly after receiving design approval, and therefore, printed cards cannot be canceled or returned.

• Design Approval

  • Customization

    For NFC cards with custom designs, clients have the opportunity to review and approve the design before the printing process begins. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of design approval.

  • Standard Designs

    For NFC cards with standard designs, clients are provided with the opportunity to review the cards before finalizing the order. If customization is required, the client must communicate the changes and provide approval within 24 hours.

• Returns After Approval

  Once the client has provided approval for the design, and the printing process has begun, returns will not be accepted. This policy is in place to ensure that the client's approved design is accurately produced, and the NFC cards meet the specified requirements.

• Refund Process

  Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days and in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
