Cards are printed edge to edge (54mm x 86mm). Please ensure your design does not include trim marks.

File Formats

Accepted file types (up to 50 MB): PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD, INDD.

CMYK

Printing uses CMYK colors only; no spot colors allowed. Only WoiLink Bamboo and Original Cards are eligible for CMYK printing.

Minimum Sizes

For optimal print quality, use thicker lines with a minimum line weight of 0.5pt and a minimum font size of 8pt.

Include a 2mm bleed in your design to ensure the background extends beyond the card’s edge.
Submit your designs with text or graphics as vector-based PDFs using programs like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign for crisp text. Avoid saving text as JPEG to prevent blurriness.
For photo-based designs, make sure images are at 300 dpi and save the final artwork as a PDF.

WoiLink currently does not offer customized backs; only customized fronts are available. The back of the card features a QR code that links your card to your account or allows sharing your details with devices that lack NFC capabilities.

Why can't I print full color on metal cards?

Metal cards are produced using a laser etching process instead of traditional printing, so they can only display two tones: the base color and the artwork color. You can view these two color options in the metal cards color selector.

Do I need to prepare my designs before placing an order?

No, you don’t need to have your designs ready before ordering, though having them prepared will speed up the process. After your purchase, we’ll wait patiently for you to send your artwork. If you have any questions about your design, feel free to contact our customer service team.
